How to delete other file from redmi device New Method 






The others files that are in your device might take a ton of your important storage and you definably wants to delete. So i have a solution for that which can help you to clear that other files easily.


There are different ways.

So lets start with 1st Method of deleting other files.

The first method is to go to file manager >MIUI>GALLERY  , here you will find a file named as Cloud 
Delete that cloud file. Dont worry that will not affect any of your personal photoes
That cloud folder just have images that you saved on your cloud in you miui device. Even if you delete that you can get back easily just by going to your gallery.

So lets discuss second way to delete other files.

So go to your file manager then your Whatsapp folder>Databases 
Here you will find many files delete everything except the lastest one file. The latest file will be named as " msgstore.db.crypt12 " so don't delete it.
This database folder has backup of what you do in your whatsapp .
Whatsapp make backup of your chats daily but whatsapp doesn't delete your last old backup files that are just junk. So deleting that old files will give you extra storage.

There is one more way to delete other files.

Go to your file manager then Android>data>com.google.android.youtube> then delete cache folder. 
That folder has junk video of YouTube that you watch daily. 

One more trick to delete other files from your Android device.

Go to your file manager then Android >data>in.startv.hotstar here you will find a file named as download delete that folder it will clear your all downloaded video from hotstar that you downloaded earlier.


Still theres a way to free 2Gb+ space from your device


If you use Picsart then you can also clear some waste files and you can get some 2gb+ space.
Go to File Manager Android>data>com.picsart.studio then delete all files or if there something important then only delete the cache file that contains all the images that you downloaded during picture editing.

Bonus trick to remove the other files and waste files from your device.


Go to play store and Download Drives
Download this app this will show all your files that are taking spaces in your device 
Open that app and go to file category (It will be on top right slide bar)
There you can select what you want to delete.
