LinkedIn is a great place for career and industry people to network, find opportunities and help, and connect with future customers, employers, and collaborators. It's perfect for home-based business owners, freelancers, and telecommuters because it will help them develop a business and a job while still keeping them connected to the outside world.

LinkedIn is a social networking site dedicated to connecting career and industry professionals. By 2020, over 722 million professionals will be using LinkedIn to advance their careers and businesses.  Unlike other social networks, where you can "friend" anybody, LinkedIn is all about creating strategic partnerships. As a result, the quantity of connections is less significant than the quality of connections. In reality, if you reach 500 connections, LinkedIn ceases displaying the exact number of connections because it is all about consistency, not quantities.

Creating LinkedIn Id

Everything you need to get started is a LinkedIn account.
